About Chris Sharvell
Chris started his career in real estate with Property Developer Peter Kurts back in the 70's. Over the next 30 years he wore many hats from sales rep and motor mechanic to owning and building businesses like service stations and transport companies. The passion he has for people and helping them buying or selling their homes has never left him and after much thought he returned to his passion of real estate. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and hands on local experience to be able to advise vendors on how to present their property to obtain the best possible price. Chris believes in being a straight shooter who is respectful of his clients' wishes and feelings. He is a good listener who understands that the decision to buy or sell what is, in effect, your major asset, is one which requires careful thought.
